Mark and Debbie Sain have spent their entire lives in various educational and children’s services occupations. Mark has twenty-four years of experience in youth related services by serving as an Executive Director of a Summer Youth camp and also serving as a Church Youth Minister. Debbie graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and has taught in public schools and in a church’s Mothers Day Out program. After a successful career in Ministry, Mark and Debbie entered the business world in 1985. They now own and operate two child-care centers plus a real estate property management company. They were married in Columbia, Tennessee in August of 1971. Their lives have been blessed with two sons and three grandchildren. Both of their sons have grown up in the child-care profession and are now actively involved in the management operation of the two schools.




Fran Westmoreland

Director, Little Angel Day School

Fran has served the boys and girls of the Shoals area for over 35 years in the child-care profession. She formerly worked at the Bama Kid Child Care Center for over ten years and has worked at Little Angel for almost 25 years. Through the years she has worn many hats at Little Angel, including, cook, teacher, van driver, office manager, etc. and has provided medical services to scraped knees and hurt feelings. Born and raised in Florence, Fran and her husband Ken are active in the community and in their church life. Their lives have been blessed with two children and three grandchildren. Fran lists reading, cooking, and sewing as her hobbies although her all of her friends know that Fran’s hobby is her passion for yard sales.
